The Four-Week Holistic Health and Fitness Kick Start encompasses my thirteen years of hands on health industry experience an occupational therapist, fitness coach and ergonomist. Rest assured, you are in very capable hands. I also draw on my own personal wellness journey after losing weight and getting fit and healthy twice! First when I was 23 and lost 10 kilos and a significant amount of body fat, and then again post-pregnancy at 32 when I gained and lost 30 kilos and managed to look and feel even more amazing afterwards.

I know what it takes both scientifically and personally, to create a tailored program to meet your health and fitness goals.
